6-1-11  May was a lot cooler and a lot more windy this year. Today June started with little wind and a hot day. More is on the way. Thanks to all that played in our Texas Scramble. This format required each player contribute at least three tee shots. Everyone did pretty good as we all finished within about 20 minutes of each other. Here are the results for the day:

Please sign up for next week's Wednesday tournament when we host Frisco Lakes in an Interclub Tourney at 8:30 AM on June 8th. Please indicate which format you would like to play. We need to really pick up our sign ups for this tournament. Please indicate on the sign up sheet in the Golf Shop whether you want to play on a 2 Man Match team (M), the four man best ball tourney format (T), or either choice (E). If you have any questions please give me a call. Don Weiland will return as Tournament Director on June 15. I will organize next week's Interclub Tourney. Please remember to show up if you are signed up for the Interclub Tourney. We had one no show at the last Interclub. You could be charged $5 for not notifying me or the Golf Shop on the morning of the Tourney since we will have the teams formed early. Thanks for your cooperation.
