Thanks to everyone that was able to participate in today’s tournament. We all had a great time. Three of our members were unable to participate due to the nature of today’s tournament format – 4 man team Scramble. Remember to sign up early and to check the SMGA website on Monday night or Tuesday to verify that you actually signed up. One member showed up to play, but had failed to sign up (he thought he had signed up).

Pace of Play

The pace of play today was outstanding. The last group finished in 4hrs – 15mins. Thanks for keeping up the pace of play and with the group in front of you. This pace was enjoyed by everyone. Way to go!!!!

Next Week’s Tournament

Our next tournament is an Interclub Tournament with Eldorado CC and will be here. Don Holec will be sending out information on the tournament later this week. You will need to sign up for this tournament no later than 12 noon on Monday. Don’t forget.

Today’s Tournament Results

The tournament format was a TEXAS SCRAMBLE, 4-man team, 10% team hdcp, and 4 drives used for each player. Team handicaps ranged from 7.4 to 7.9 so the teams were pretty evenly matched. Final net scores ranged from 56.1 to 63.1. There were 11 teams (44 players) that competed.

1^st Place Net Score = 56.1 $27.50 each player

2^nd Place Net Score = 57.1 $16.50 each player
