6-24-09  It was hot…what more can I say! Thanks for your patience while we adjusted for four no-shows. Let that be a reminder to all of us to show up if we sign up or cancel by the signup deadline as delays affect everyone including the Pro Shop staff who work hard to get us off on time and run a smooth tournament. We had a relatively small group today with 28 Stonebridge players and 13 Canyon Creek players. Thank you to those who participated. Lunch was great (thank you Alan Miller and restaurant staff). Thank you Chris McCord for a great job managing the tournament.

Note #1: Be sure to sign up in the Pro Shop for next Wednesday’s tournament. The format is a Texas Scramble - 4-man team - ABCD pairings -10% team handicap - 4 drives each player.

Note #2: Our next Interclub will be at home on July 8^th when we host Eldorado. This will be a good tune-up for our end of season “Tin Cup” matches! We will have both a Match Play flight and a Team Play flight. Sign up as usual in the Pro Shop. Be sure to indicate if you want to play Match Play (M), Team Play (T) or either.
